This hour-long presentation covers a lot of ground! We will review some anatomy and physiology, examine how the Creighton Method System works, and ensure that you have what you need to start using this system to achieve your goals. Women of all ages are welcome and husbands/fiances are highly encouraged to attend as well!
You will walk away with some new information, no matter your background. If you decide to start charting using this system, you will be given instructions for what your next steps are in getting started after the Intro Session.
